Frederick Keeve
Resident Composer
Frederick Keeve has been writing most of his life, either for pleasure, academically or professionally for the entertainment business and he also has been making films since he was 10 years old, growing up in Santa Monica with his brother, filmmaker Douglas Keeve. He is also an accomplished musician, music director, accompanist, and composer. In addition, Keeve recently completed a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. He enjoys combining his passion for film, psychology, spirituality and music that fuels his lifelong goal to elevate people's consciousness through his art—as filmmaker, producer, composer, director, writer and actor.
Amongst many films and television work, Mr. Keeve recently completed a feature film, The Accompanist, a fantasy/drama gay love story with magical realism, classical ballet and classical music as the backdrop, that has won or been nominated for over 35 major awards at film festivals around the world. The film's theme: using the healing power of art to unite and celebrate who we truly are. Frederick just completed a new feature film, The Godfather Buck, which he is very excited about, that will be making the festival rounds next year, and will be poised to enter 2022 Awards season in a big way. Look for The Godfather Buck to be released in 2022, along with Frederick's many upcoming feature film projects, including the stand-alone sequel to The Accompanist, The Accompanist Awakening, to be filmed in the fall 2022.
Mr. Keeve's lifetime mission is to develop and produce highly conscious screenplays, films and music that reflect not only the diversity in society today, but also the need to evolve "Hollywood" into a more conscious conduit for great storytelling that entertains, but can also enlighten and uplift audiences.
Fun Fact: Frederick has a long-time obsession with riding motorcycles!
